Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TubeRise, operated by Nick Akrami, trading as Made By Nick (see Impressum). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The service

TubeRise connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth (revocable at any time) to read your channel and video data, and — only when you choose to apply an optimization suggestion — to update the title, description, or tags of your own videos on YouTube. TubeRise never uploads, deletes, or publishes new videos, and never changes anything without your explicit action. Built on this data, TubeRise provides analytics, AI-generated ideas, and content optimization tools.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans grant a monthly allotment of credits used to perform certain actions (idea generation, competitor comparison, video optimization). Unused credits do not roll over — each billing period resets your balance to your plan's monthly allotment. Credits are debited after an action completes successfully; failed actions are not charged. Applying an optimization suggestion to YouTube (writing the change back to your video) does not consume additional credits beyond the optimization credit already spent. Subscriptions are billed and managed by our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given for unused time unless required by law.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because TubeRise is a digital service, this right ends once we begin performing the service, provided you have given express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. You are asked to confirm this explicitly at checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use TubeRise to violate YouTube's Terms of Service, infringe others' intellectual property, or attempt to circumvent the credit system or API rate limits.

Liability

TubeRise is provided "as is." AI-generated suggestions (ideas, optimizations) are recommendations only — you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish any content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
